We have got all utilities installed in Phase 1 and 2 of the Ranch and the wet utilities are underway in Phase 3. Excitement is rising as construction has already been completed on the first 4 homes and 5 others are framed up and dried in.

Spring Skiing is in full swing here in Salida. Monarch Mountain Resort has had over 400 inches of snow so far this year. With some of the best snow in Colorado without the huge crowds and lift lines of the Northern Colorado resorts, Salida is becoming one of Colorado's hidden getaway ski towns.
